At Sally Spa at Pacific Palms Resort, we are dedicated to creating a serene and luxurious environment for all our guests. To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you review and respect our policies below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service or the deduction of one treatment credit from your package.
- Missed appointments without notice will be considered a no-show and charged in full.
Late Arrival
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened to respect the next guest's appointment.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.
Refunds, Packages, & Gift Certificates
All promotions, special offers, and packages are final sale.
Treatment packages are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Gift certificates remain valid for 5 years, as required by California law.
Packages may only be refunded in the event of a medical condition, with a doctor's note provided. Pregnancy and relocation are not eligible for refunds.
Unused services may be exchanged for another treatment of equal value within 3 days of purchase.
Spa Etiquette & Gratuity
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.
Out of respect for other guests, please silence your mobile devices.
Gratuity is not included in service pricing. A 15%-20% gratuity is customary and deeply appreciated by our staff.
Health & Safety
Please notify our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, or pregnancy prior to your treatment.
For your safety, certain facilities (steam room, jacuzzi) are not recommended for guests with open wounds, contagious skin conditions, heart disease, or respiratory issues.
Sally's Spa services are designed for relaxation and wellness only and are not a substitute for medical care.
Personal Belongings
Lockers are provided for your convenience.
Sally's Spa and Pacific Palms Resort are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Guest Conduct
Respectful behavior toward staff and other guests is required at all times.
Sally's Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is disrespectful, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engages in inappropriate conduct.
Liability Notice
By receiving services at Sally Spa at Pacific Palms Resort, guests acknowledge and accept the following:
- Treatments are wellness-focused, non-medical services.
- Guests accept personal responsibility for their health and wellness decisions.
- Sally Spa at Pacific Palms Resort and its staff are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
