Yoga Classes/60 min

Come enjoy our scenic and breathtaking views while taking one of our classes. Our instructors teach a variety of styles that embody traditional Hatha Yoga techniques and Vinyasa flows. Classes focus on opening and stretching the body, as well as building strength and awareness within the mind and body. Through yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation, you will find the relaxation that you need.

Tue: 1 pm – Vinyasa w/Hongyan

Wed: 2 pm - Hatha Yoga w/Bria

Thur: 6 pm – Hatha Flow Bria

Fri: 10am – Hatha Yoga w/Bria (By appointment only)

Fri: 2 pm – Sweat Flow w/Nikkie

Sat: 10 am – Yoga Flow w/Francisco

Sound baths

We offer monthly Sound Baths

Sound baths have a powerful effect on the mind and body complex. They help with sleep, relaxation, meditation, and they heal the body. You simply lie down on a yoga mat, cover your eyes, and just enjoy the healing frequencies of the crystal and Tibetan bowls.
